Zetek Casting Pvt. Ltd. specializes in alumimuim pressure die casting, throug its unique manufacturing concept and outstanding engineering capability, Zetek is equipped with a modern manufacturing facility, of more than 18000 sq. ft built-up area in 1 acre of land.
Looking to the future, customers requiremnt and satisfaction which will always be Zetek's ultimate concern and eventually leads to development of PDC components with more updated technologies in the years to come.
- ZCPL is founded during 2004 by Mr.R.E.C Sekar and Mr.K.Venkat.
It has become operational from April , 2004. - ZCPL has born as a backward integration to M/s LEGEND IT SOLUTIONS – an
ISO 9000 company – engaged in CNC machining – which is in existence for the past 16 years.

| 2006 | Diversified with one more Zitai-420T fully automated PDC machine & Entry into auto customers for fully castings, machined castings -JKM Auto(Engine Cover),Rane TRW(Hyd Power Steering) |
| Apr’2007 | 100PPM Launching |
| Aug’2008 | Obtained ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certification by TUV,Entry in to non automotive customer for castings - ebm NADI(UPS Fan assy parts) |
| Apr’2009 | Machining division(Zetek parent concern) merged with Casting Division & Entered global market business, Parts supplied with fully machined casting to Litens from Canada, & New customer added-Rane Madras |
| Nov’2009 | SQ Mark certification Audit successfully completed |
| Apr’2010 | New product development of Rane NSK, Gates |
| Mar’2010 | Installed Spectro testing & Profile projector |
Future Plans
- We have opened a new plant with built up area of 30,000 sq.ft in 3 acres of land at Sipcot, Orgadam industrial Estate.
